There are different types of precipitation on earth just as they are different types of problems in life. For each type of rain you face you need to decide what strategy you have in order to withstand the rains. For some storms, you may need to quieten the storm, for some you may need to build an ark whilst for some rain you may need to just wait it out. God has a plan for each type of rain for everything on earth and we too should have a plan for each type of rain that comes in our lives.

The Word of God is the most powerful weapon in the world. It has not got a "sell by" date or a "use by" date. It does not go stale or lose its power. It stands forever and it cannot be equalled. God's Word never returns back to Him void, without accomplishing that which it has been sent. He sends His Word out and it produces fruit always.God created the whole of the universe by speaking words. The bible tells us in Genesis 1:1-3 , " In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, "Let there be light", and there was light."

This summer I was speaking at a conference on fear and as I was preparing for the teaching it occurred to me that fear is often what crowds out space for God. When fear is present, unbelief and doubt, his traveling companions, join him in occupying space in our lives that otherwise would belong to God.

A grudge is defined as "deep-seated animosity or ill-feeling toward someone or something." We can develop this feeling when someone says or does something that hurts us or they receive something we feel we should have gotten.That happens to us almost every day in the workplace.At work we're each trying to get our needs met – for approval, for achievement, for social interaction – while also working to accomplish the goals of the business. When we accept a job and the role of employee we accept that the goals of the business are more important than our personal goals during the time we're at work. That's the nature of teamwork – that we all agree to pull in the same direction.

He was a preacher of the gospel, he still is anyway. He has the “Logos”, he has the Rhema too. He touches people’s lives for God and for good forever. I am so privileged to be one of them. You want to know something very interesting about this guy? Although he came from a Christian family; yet he chose to not follow the norm. God’s plan and purpose for his life was different from that of his folks. I guess he knew that very early enough. One occasion, he held a program here that many still acknowledge to be one of the greatest and powerful Christian gatherings all over the world.

Promotion is an encouragement to advance from one level to a higher level. It is an elevation in position or rank either in your workplace, ministry or community. Promotion does not come from the east, west, north or south; it only comes from the Lord.The bible says in Psalm 75:6-7 , "No one from the east or the west or from the desert can exalt a man. But it is God who judges: He brings one down, He exalts another." It is advisable not to look unto man or impress him so that he can promote you. If man promotes you today, he can demote you tomorrow. But when God promotes you, no one can ever demote you. You will enjoy the promotion with peace and joy and HIS name will be glorified in your life.

When things get out of control, we are tempted to take things in to our own hands. We feel like God is not in control or he has forgotten us. Waiting on God is not easy when things are tough. God though does not want us to take things in our own hands but to pray and ask for his guidance. When he promises great things in our lives, at times we have to go through hardships as our character is worked on. When this takes place, it is possible to doubt God.Count it all joy when you go through trails and temptations for in such your faith is strengthened. Do not despair in your wait on God for he is at hand to take you through the hard times. Has God ever been good to you, has he ever delivered you from hard times, trust him even now that he will do it for you. Do not focus on the immediate pain but let your eyes focus on the glory to come after you overcome the trials. Nothing lasts forever, not even your pain and suffering.

"And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves," (Matt 21:12 )ABSTRACTThe aspect of man being Temple of God is mentioned a number of times in the Old Testament. Joel 2:28 mentions God pouring His Spirit on all flesh and Jer 31: 33b reads: "I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people". These prophetic messages rang into the ears of humanity and to all creation. Man at first did not understand how it would happen that God shall tabernacle in His people. But the enemy understood it and went ahead to dwell in people by possessing them. This necessitated Deliverance Ministry, started by Christ Himself, when He drove out demons out of people to set them free.

Condemnation is the expression of strong disapproval of someone or something and also the feeling of a sense of guilt about something. Self-condemnation happens as s result of feeling inadequate about yourself. Also, if you do not love yourself, you tend to condemn yourself all the time.There are so may people who are condemning themselves because of past failures, disappointments or hurts they have gone through. They are blaming themselves for all the past disappointing events. They have already committed their lives to God, asked Him to forgive them and He has truly forgiven them. But they are unable to move on because of self-condemnation.

Use Your Talents To Glorify GodOur God has packaged each and every one of us with different types of talents. They do not belong to us; they are to be used for God's glory. These talents vary from one individual to the other. Hence you must not crave to have the same talent as your neighbour or be jealous of them.The Lord wants you to push out the talents He has given you so that His will and purposes for your life may be fulfilled. He wants you to be fruitful as His Word says in Genesis 1:28 , " Be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground". God wants you to have dominion, which is power to rule and have authority.

It does not matter what you have gone through in the past, God is asking you to allow Him to heal you. The word "past" means completed, ended and time has already elapsed. Yes, you may still be hurting from the happenings of the past, but the Lord wants you to give them to Him. He is the only one who can really touch and heal you in a miraculous way.Yes, God understands what you have gone through, because He was in there with you all along; but you may not have known it. His Word says in Isaiah 43:2 , "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze".

There is no one more reliable than the Almighty God and His will for your life is perfect. He can never deceive you nor let you down, because He is not a man; He is the Omnipotent God. If you recognize Him as your source, you will never be disappointed. Your help comes from Him and not from man. He is the Maker of Heaven and earth and He will not let your foot slip. Man will definitely disappoint you, if you go to him as your source.Blessings will pursue you when you go to God always, as your source. The Bible says in Deuteronomy 8:18 , "But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms His covenant, which He swore to your forefathers, as it is today". Your job or your business is not your source. It is God who provided that job or that business and then gives you the power or ability to work. You cannot do things in your own strength; it is God who enables you to function.

"Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways, acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight". Proverbs 3:5-6 . You must trust God without reservation and you must not doubt Him in all things.There is no one more reliable than the Almighty God and His will for your life is perfect. He can never deceive you nor let you down, because He is not a man; He is the Omnipotent God. The scripture quoted above says you should trust Him with all of your heart; not 99.9% of it. The trust should be all or nothing.
